Let us choose our own specialists' appearances.

I applaud the introduction of a female explorer. Why, however, can't we change the image associated with each of our specialists?

Give us a number of options for each specialisation. How hard would it be to let us choose what ethnicity or gender our specialist has? We can already change their name. I think it would be kind of cool to be able to arrange my specialists in this way.

the fact that the number of players X the number of combinations would probably make the servers fall over makes this improbable.
