Possible improvements to the current Guild Quest system

Without getting into the specifics of the Quests, especially for players who can only play of an evening or a morning ( because of real life i.e. work ) there is 3 things that would make this system of Guild Quests go much more smoothly for a lot of players and they are:

1: Get rid of the tick and let them auto complete.
2: A waiting Quest so we can plan ahead.
3: When a quest requires us to produce something and we are already producing that resource then what we are producing should count from when we receive the quest, not from when we log in.

One complaint for now, is the fact that the cost to complete with gems has risen to a ridiculous level and B.B. will lose out on it, where in the past it was occasionally used I doubt if it will be again.

The new guild quest system is great but the new introduced quests are totally non sense and not good thing for the game.

Please bring back the OLD quests as we had before the change!

new quests are only for the new levels.
The other *new* quests were already there, only for different sized guilds
they are all listed here :

You are wrong. The quest starts calculating you porduction at the time you log on.

My advanced paper-mill was woking and as you can see it is not 2 AM.

Not that it really matters - 100 fittings are worth a lot more than 50 - 70 guild coins, not going to finish this one.

All 50+ in my guild get this today and I doubt anyone will do it,- so what is the point ? - Better as it was before and we could just delete this quest and move on.

No need to delete with the new system, now you move on automatically.

actually i find many people under estimate the worth of their guild coins and assume the quests aren't worth it.
100 book fittings according to TO at time of writing are worth 275-300 gc
50 guild coins are worth minimum 400gc
so you can make a profit on that quest

Yes we have moved on. I used to like Guild quests - now I just hate them and they make me wonder if I want to keep playing this game. Without guild it is simply too boring.

They have only been running coming up to a week on Tuesday and BB have made it clear its a work in progress. I think they need to see more constructive ways of improving them then all our moaning

The production quests where you already have the chain running might be bugged as sometimes it takes into account what you produced before you come online. Unless its triggered by someone visiting or buffing your isle as well. We need this clarified as it makes all the difference.

If isles need to be buffed i will buff everyone in my guild at 12.01 a.m. gmt with a fish platter (would have to wait till they change the from 2 a.m.)

as i have said here mine was almost completed when i signed in.
So my guess is the counter starts running as soon as someone visits your island, when the new gq starts
