Based upon the text below from the original post I assume this means Current Week 9 or 10 but of course it could be something completely different.

Result announcement:
The results of the voting will be presented between February 29th and March 13th.

Oh and thank you for dumping me at the .net version of the game after I voted rather than the page I started from. I wonder how many people will find that confusing....

Not even sure I want to bother voting this time. Yes I could use an improved farm - but pretty sure it will cost arond what I can collect in 2 years. By the time I have enough guild coins something else will be in the shop - so why bother. One more reason I would prefer just not to get the guild quests
The stop using any more time and energy on this part of the game.
