Depending on how long you've played - all the items in Q1 are good, I'll be voting for the general, as I think it's fairer for newer players.
Items in Q2 - 'suppose it depends on the server you play, but think it might be awesome (for me) on Newfoundland, as guild coin price will plummet, and I can save them for next one - politely put: - it's tripe/codswallop/rubbish... Somehow I think I love it; long term:P
borring choices.
why don't you just make some unike items only for guild market that can't be traded..

Oh are you sure about that, my first approximation was a number so large that all of the computer memory in the solar system is not enough to store it.
Hint to get that many ggc would require you to do at least 16 gq's calling for ft's, which in turn needs 256 gq ft's, which in turn well you can see where that's going.

Bring back the permanent Build Slot! See it briefly in the guild shop 3 years ago and haven't seen it since. Try getting devs to actually play the game for a while so you can see the prices of general trade, that way there wont be items (like u have in the 2nd question) that are a complete mismatch in trade.
