Can't build/farm/hunt on 'cleared' home island

Hello, I've cleared all bandits from the home island, but can't build anything on the new sectors ?
Can anyone advise please ?

This is the obvious advice: did you place a storehouse? There needs to be one in every sector before you can build other buildings.

Also if you are talking about the new expansion islands have you applied the sector deeds? you need to do this before building the storehouse.

also you need at least 1 island storehouse per island I believe.
