Buildings moved wont take back original position

Hi,

I have been having this issue moving my MR (Magnificient Residences) in other locations to check if they fitted in an some times later when i buy more they wont build in positions where there was the same building before. Have tried placing 1 slot (2x2) decorations in the same spots and 4 fits making the exact shape of a MR but the MR wnt get in back.... it is really annoying as i use all the space on my island and have moved tons of buildings and wasted a lot of resourcesto create dedicated spaces for MR... plz help is this a bug?
