Logged off earlier with 498 out of 500 eggs in the Quest "All The Eggs" and when i logged on now it says 0 out of 500.. Is it not allowed to log off and have dinner ?

That would seriously annoy me, no doubt. Would be nice to have screen prints for a support ticket - but I assume you don't (how does one know when to take screen prints because something might mess up?)
I hope you get a resolution.
