daily quests, daily bleh!

on prem for event so getting 2 daily quests each day. I don't even read them anymore, it takes much less effort to just click X.
They're boring, pointless and usually slightly detrimental to my game. I would enjoy a quest each day, but I'm not interested in this dross at all.

Guild quests? I've had to pay gunpowder 4 times this week! and we're not talking 50 per, some quests require more.
It's wrong, bb has no excuse. I can give u plenty of ideas to prevent this happening, its really not difficult. Have ur programmers heard of flags?

rant over, still a gr8 game, but sort out this rubbish and it will be awesome like the old days!

Glad to hear I'm not the only one getting repeated demands for gunpowder in the guild quests, have had the Fireworks quest (pay 75 gunpowder get your friends to apply 25 buffs) no less than four times in the past six days, three of which were in a row, and another that asked me to pay 50 gunpowder that I don't know the name of. Am assuming there is going to be some kind of gunpowder "sale" coming up... (okay I'm not entirely sure you can buy it for gems, maybe they are planning on adding it to the shop)

i'm sure if bb sorted these little nuances out more ppl would buy gems.

I keep editing this bit coz I like playing settlers and don't want to get banned. I'm a professional programmer and i'm not impressed! i'll leave it at that, nuff said.

At the moment I can get 100 gunpowder for about 20 eggs so it's roughly the same. (Small guild that's lost a lot of active members recently) Haven't had a request for gunpowder for a couple of days though so touch wood it was just a glitch in the matrix...

I agree re the gunpowder but try making 500 longbows in a few hours as keeps coming up. The only reason we get it done is because at midnight I visit every island with that quest and x3 buff the longbow makers - 30mins at least.

its not so much about the cost as the fact that its digging deep into my powder stores. if I buy powder with eggs i'm breaking even, back to my original remark about daily quests.

I;ve seen a lot of repetitive comments about the same old issues over and over and I really can't understand why bb don't do something, even if its just issue a statement to explain why they would rather spend their time creating an icon at the top of the screen telling us when we have a zone wide buff (presumably for the type of ppl who aren't sure if they've switched their pc on or not) that no1 uses
