Got question about RB addy

As havent done one for a while and I did make and post a guide ages ago Here for it what camp was moved?
Is it the normal 1R block I originally made into a round block one WT one?
Just so I know when I do one so I can check my guide still works as if not I will have to fix my guide also.

2nd Question. What guides do you use now for RB out curiosity?
