That is simply not true. There is an amazing amount of eggs available. Collectibles, treasure searches (with guaranteed minimum returns, the Easter event quests, the party crashers (friends can take care of that for you), and every adventure has a chance to drop eggs - even the smallest (easiest) of them. True, higher level players would be the ones to perhaps get both generals and a butcher and a silo and a (whatever) but I can't imagine anyone at high enough level to even be part of the event couldn't make it to a good grab from the event shop. It will require effort however (but all good things do).

Now to hopefully change the subject and the moaning, I have a question and didn't want to make a new thread. The achievement to do "Gurand the trapper" (forgive if I got the name wrong, I don't have the game open right now) - is there any way to get that adventure without spending the 60 gems? I really like to get all achievements but I certainly won't spend gems to get a cheese sandwich and 0 achievement points just to 'tick the box'.

Sorry mate but you need to get in a decent guild. Almost every player in this guild now has an MMA.

Ok I'll explain my earlier reply. To obtain the cheapest general needs a player to earn just 157 eggs pay day, if a low level can not manage that then I'm afraid they are not availing themselves of the egg earning opportunities the game presents them. The only way to fail to get a general is if they have started part way through the event.

Thank you, but the real question is if the only way to get one is by spending gems - if that is true, the adventure in the TO is going to be priced accordingly because at one point someone hard to pay gems.
