When I try to launch an adventure the following message is displayed: "You have reached the limit for the maximum number of concurrent adventures u can participate in" error.
I have no other adventures active.

Check in your quest book. Sometimes an active adventure is not automatically tracked to the right of the screen.
Easter Adventures, scenarios and expeditions count as "adventures" too, so if you have one of these running, you can't start another normal adventure.
If you are sure that neither of the above is the case, try logging out and clearing your cache.
