why you need more and more manuscript for 1 tome
and more tome for 1 codex
people getting boring because of this
put a number what you need for make 1 tome 1 codex and hold to it or delete that building

The requirements to make a tome or codex keeps increasing until you see a message that tells you otherwise. I think it says something like "maximum costs reached'. The breakdown is available on the Wiki and it's been there all the time as far as I know so the information has always been available.
