    2 generals attack bug

My 2 generals attacked the same camp and I got battle reports from both attacks but the first attack never was deducted.
I only noticed this because of the last general came out of the camp with much shorter delay than normal and therefore I checked both reports.

(Linked thread is about same issue and could be merged with this.)

A retreat from an already fighting camp will trigger that said camp to..
    1. Never stop intercepting - despite being fighting
    2. Dublicate it's defense and split attacks into 2 fronts - defending troops need to be taken down twice by attackers
    ..during that siege.

..AND MOST IMPORTANT (read this BB).. No blocks are needed, just wave-attacks.
