Show tooltip with current stoch in book binder

Hi,

In the barracks and provision houses, you can see the current stock of a resource when hovering over the required amount of stock for an item:



The book binder does not have this handy toolips. My suggestion is to add the tooltip there as well

I've thought of that too - sometimes it would be nice to know in case I want to extra-buff a building because I'm low on materials without having to go out and check inventory.
