i have the same issue, currently trying to do a wild mary adventure with premium time so i am really annoyed. I AM A REGULAR GEM BUYER , thus are contributing to the server and game costs, i expect better !!!! MODS I WANT COMPENSATION for my losses due to your failures ......... at the very least the adventure back plus the prem time wasted, thanks. RANT over. I am sure you are doing your best.

Mods only mod chat, it's BB that you want to chat to regarding compensation. It's worth putting a ticket in to them about it as they can't know about your individual losses unless you tell them.
thanks for the reply aish .... sorry if it came over demanding lol, it was just that i was very angry at the current situation and quite rightly thought i and others deserved better, i know sometimes these things happen - but a simple warning on the home login page or a pop up msg would have prevented most of the issues i had.
No worries! Didn't want you to lose out though in thinking mods could help. They can pretty much only hand out this forum thread. It has it's uses but BB prob won't register an individual players' issues from here- just a general one from everyone. I don't know if BB are planning a fix anytime soon- it sure would be handy to know!

unfortunately this fix didn't work for me when I was actually on the adventure island and the quest book was stuck open. Only a refresh solved it.Originally Posted by rjames
