    Happy Biscuit Day!

    Dear Settlers,

On Biscuit Day, celebrate with this very special cookie recipe designed to power up TSO players! These very sweet cookies are made with plenty of sugar. If players eat some of them they will have a lot of energy and will play much more effectively.

Use on player to increase gaming speed

This recipe was passed down through generations of Settlers.
The Raving Rabbids made experiments to improve it the last time they came to town.

    Gather these rare ingredients:
    • Eggs (of the Stripy variety)
    • Butter from the buttercups
    • Pink sugar from the horn of an unicorn
    • Cherries from the Cherry Tree
    • That last bag of flour from your Storehouse
    • Sweet-smelling exotic condiment received as a gift from Captain Mapparan
      and very important:
    • All the patience you can find lying about in the back of your kitchen drawers
Mix together in a big bowl heated over a Fairy Fire and drop at the local Bakery, but not before getting a second opinion from Aunt Irma! After all, we remember those burnt fingers last time we didn't get help.

After baking, sprinkle with assorted nuts before sharing with your friends and neighbours!

Share your favourite cookie recipe or tell us what ingredients our bakers can add to make this even more yummy!

    Happy Baking!

14 use before horses eat it all...
24 from the deepest of the well, if it`s exhausted it must be rebuilt
a lot of sugar - shhh, we don`t want Ali Baba know that we are stealing his sugar, to make yummly cookies
chocolate or nougat - there must be somewhere ?

They sound almost as good as my ironcoockies.

    Take
    400 grams of flour
    250 grams of yellow Sugar
    250 grams of creambutter
    4 theespoons of cinnamon
    1 egg whipped until lose.

make a good dough from this and put it in the refridgerater to make it stiff.

How here's the deal. you need an iron plate about 5 - 10 millimeters thick and put it on top of a gaspit on your furness
And put the gas low and then just a bit back.

let the iron plate gets his right temperature.
In the meanwhile take out the dough and knead it again for 10 minutes, then make it flat with a roller.
Add bits of flour when turning it around so it won't stick to the countertop.
repeat that until the dough is about 8mm. thick.
then take a glas and protrude the cookies, take away the rest of the dough to use it later.
repeat till all dough is used.
now you have a line of raw cookies.

Now put them on the hot iron plate and turn them after 3, 4, minutes.
actually just check till the cookies are getting brown edged.
turn them and do the same with the otherside.

when they're done let them rest on bakingpaper .

    enjoy!!!

Old Bread Cupcakes "Basic", "De Luxe" and "Royal De Luxe"

    for 12 till 16 cupcakes :

    200g old, stale bread
    100g sugar
    400mL milk (+an additional 200mL if necessary)
    80g of raisins
Austrian Stroh Rum of 80% (you may use less strong stuff if you want and you must skip the rum if you are pegi 7...)
2 eggs, fresh from the hens
    butter
zest of an orange (i use one whole orange but i slice the zest very, very thin for a better taste)
    salt and bakingpowder

    - If you are pegi 7 continue with the next line. Otherwise : Soak the raisins for 72 hours in the rum. Top up with fresh rum after 24 or 48 hours if necessary.
    - Cut the old bread in dices and collect them in a large bowl.
    - Heat 400mL of milk and add sugar.
    - Pour the warm milk over the bread dices.
    - Add the two egg yolks and mix the mixture.
    - Stir up the egg whites in a separate bowl.
    - Drain the rum from the raisins and put the raisins in the bread/yolk/milk mix. Pegi 7 : you just take 80g of raisins out of the package ! No rum for you !
    - Add a pinch of salt and baking powder and the zest of an orange to the bread mixture.
    - If necessary, you can ad a bit more milk. The mixture shouldn't be neighter too dry nor too wet.
    - Scoop the egg whites into the mixture. Carefully !
    - Butter your cup cake moulds and pour/scoop the mixture in. Fill them for about 75%.
    - Place them in a preheated oven of 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
    - Take them out and brush some molten butter on top of the cakes.
    - Put them back for another 5 minutes.
    - Ready !!

"Basic" version : skip the rum.

"De Luxe" version : soak the raisins in rum. After 72 hours, throw away the rum. Shame on you !

"Royal De Luxe" version : When separating the rum from the raisins, collect the rum in a pot and reduce it on the stove until a thick syrupy liquid. This liquid goes into the 400mL of milk, together with the sugar. Your cup cakes will get a boost of taste and flavour !
    Don't eat and drive ! Just don't...
