    Archipelago shortcut keys not all working

    Ctrl-1 and Ctrl-3 are not working in Edge or Internet Explorer on Win 10 as per the 07/06/2016 change log.

    Also the shortcuts only work for number-pad keys, not the numbers above the letters on the keyboard.
