I know that the salt mine is working, I still have building in places where I know if I will move them I will never be able to bring them back on the same spot ( and I am not talking about buildings build over bushes). Since last free movement event , all mines and quarries have a so called safe zone around them that prevent building too close to them. That's why I cant place a Mag res on that spot.

i didn't realise mines had a safe zone now as some the newer ones i've put down are right in front of mines especially the s3 iron mines area ones they are newish ones the last 3 i places was one 1s next to iron mine, 1 s7 next to pw/coal and the top one last island section next to tit mines as had to move my flour mills out that area

    http://prntscr.com/bgoje1 this and
i do think i might have found somewhere else for one but means i need to blow a rock up and if it didn't work way i'm looking at it is mehh be waste the 550 gems as i only have 3 rocks left available to blow up (small ones i can buy left) so i will leave that for now

Edit http://prntscr.com/bgnpue this is the place im not to sure about ^^^
them 2 above so far are the next to possibilities think ive found to try just need get doing more addys for beans to get them to try it and move things around to fit them in if they do work eg my silos especially need be in s3/6 to be close ish to my one field i have, the storehouse and cokers i can put anywhere really when get build spots back from killing the nobles to keep same population limit if they work and i keep looking for other possibilities for placing them

You can test these things on testserver too. The place you were talking about earlier where you need to remove a small rock. I tried that on test:
