You need to be signed up for the newsletter to get the mail.
Can be set via the homepage > My Profile > Newsletter Setting.

i didnt get it either yet i have been signed up for the newsletter for years
I have had no voucher either despite being signed up
Signed in to forum, registered to receive emails, and no football voucher.
no voucher here aswell very unhappy
i do not know if the run out of voucher codes, but i did not got either.
My wife and I have had problems before with vouchers - most often I would get one but she would not even though our active times are pretty much the same. After we double-checked her settings (newsletter settings for example) she is now getting them - we both did this most recent time. I think it's worthwhile to go into your settings and reset any contact/newsletter/etc. setting to make sure it's the way you want - that might make the program start noticing you again.

I contacted support and they mailed mine thru in-game mail.
