you have to select one of the rewards

I did that many times, and had still 2 hours left to do that, but nothing happend It just didn't work

One of my doors was 'stuck' too - I couldn't open it until I refreshed. If you haven't tried that yet give it a go.

And you have to open all the previous doors before you can open that door.
