I would tend to agree that I found x2, x3, x4 easier to understand overall. Working in percentages is fine too but I think it's more clear to just show the multiplier.

Probably done to avoid confusion with the footie pitch and future zone-wide buffs.
eg.: Trick +300% & Strength Training +200% = +500% instead of x4 x3 = x12 or +1100%
