Rainbow snow shows 50% (144 hours) when used on a friend's or guild's island.
But you can't use Rainbow Snow on a Friend or Guildmate's island.

I think the description needs to double check if this buff can really be used on another island before displaying the additional text.

i found one, too. i can't buff a friends brarracks with the improved drill plan.
says 12 h on own island and 18 on friend/ guild member)

yeah, it shouldn't show the text if the buff couldn't be used on a friend. That will just confuse people.
