    Elite Barracks

    It appears the triple buffs are not working on the Elite Barracks.

    Also Improved Drill Plan and Training overtime are showing you can buff on a friends barracks to get 18 hours and when you visit the friend you cannot see the buff to cast it which has never been the case and i believe is a mistake.
