Zone buffs

Please add a zone wide buff asap.
Applies a 2x buff to all buildings that are not zzzzz or already buffed.

I for one am pretty sick and tired of applying 250+ steak buffs at a time.

And before you say that its not that bad because its only once every 3 days if i used steaks, perhaps consider that I might have more than one friend.
