I'm not sure exactly what this means, but I keep all trades in a database and do trend analysis on them. But this is all done manually, I don't have any tools to input the data for me. I just like data.trade sheets are player-made tools, which reflect the prices in the TO. most i have seen have bottom, top and average prices. i'm not aware of any that are updated regularly at the moment. (please say if there are, trade-sheet makers!)

http://osettlers.com/en/prices does collect the trade data automatically. Only problem there is that it doesn't detect deleted/expired/bought trades from each other.
