Possible amalgamating of Guilds

Hi, due to players leaving we are looking at possibly amalgamating Mpire with another Guild or Guilds to build a new stronger active guild. We have been quite brutal and culled all players who aren't very active.

If another Guild or Guilds are in the same boat and do the same we can build a very good Guild between 2 or 3 different Guilds.

Just wondered if it is within the rules to advertise guild-amalgamating within servers.
Guilds could mention a little bit about themselves and roughly their membership numbers, then other guilds could try to match their personalities with their own - bit like 'blind dating'.

No one has said we can't.

It's not like we are harming anyone or trying to put anyone down. Just trying to improve the game for the players in the guild/guild's that join together.

It's either that or fold a guild that has been active for 5 years and go our separate ways. This way we can keep the name alive such as for example

Mpire of Tombstone Warriors or Tombstone Warriors Mpire.
