    Can people still having issues logging in please follow the instructions here to clear their cache. If you have done so and still have issues, please post here with as much information as possible. Thank you!

    Update: the issue has now been resolved. If you're still experiencing issues, please try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS. If you're using Steam, please use the "Verify Game Cache" option. Thank you for your patience!

    I confirm that the issue was fixed until the maintenance.

    After clearing cache etc, here is where I'm stuck:


    Let's hope it's just temporary...

    Maintenance has only just finished, so some things may still be coming back up. Keep trying and if it still continues to be stuck in an hour, we can move forward with troubleshooting.

    Any reason why the problem would reappear ?
    I'm stuck just a bit further than what the screen cap above shows.
    (yes I tried the std procedure with cache clear, refresh, reload, etc etc...)

    We are aware of the current loading issues with our webpage. Our team is already working to address the situation. I'll update here once it is cleared. Thank you for your patience.

    Update: this issue has now been resolved and you should be able to log in again!
