It would be great if the Retro Buffs you can buy with coin are for all those buildings types so you don't have to buy dozens of them for all your buildings.
And since we now have this whole overview for Zone-Wide Buffs it would be nice to add the retro buffs to that.
Should be simple right?
I'm not really into the retro buffs but I think it's a good idea for those who want to 'go down memory lane', and should fit well within the zone-wide buff structure.

The potential is limitless - we could have all sorts of island theme zone buffs to change the look of our islands.
Seasonal themes (i.e halloween - turns buildings old and spooky looking)
Historical themes, Pirate theme, Arabian theme etc etc - Personally Id like a Horror theme
