Why?

Guessing because they are converted into wheat, fish and meat refills once they go into star, therefore you will not have any to trade.

Country Saying, Fish Food and Musk Deer Fragrance can no longer be traded...

Why?

With July’s game version the re-fillers were reworked, and the following items were therefore removed from the star menu: Country Saying, Fish Food, Musk Deer Fragrance.

Nevertheless they could still be asked for in a trade, even though no player could accept such a trade. This just removed that confusion.
