A button to tear down all exhausted wells and wheat-fields

I build a lot of wells and wheat-fields all over my island. When they are depleted, sometimes I replace them, sometimes I want to remove them to build other buildings there.

It would be great if there is a button to remove all depleted wells and wheat-fields in order to freely put new buildings and build wells and wheat-fields somewhere else.

I want to click on a button to remove all depleted buildings I don't want but leave the ones I do want and then automatically rebuild the ones I tore down so I don't have to do as much.
