It is a riddle to me how it can still cost 500 gc to move a building now we have zone buffs but if your building are scattered all over it would cost you a gigantic amount of gold coins just to move some building really why is this not free or 95% cheaper it makes no sence other than the server not being able to handle alot of these movements??

Agreed. There is a 'learn by doing' element and I've payed a lot along the way to arrange things, but that's the way it goes. Not only does the game evolve but as you level up your kingdom evolves too and what used to work might not be the way you want to do it later.

I have no problem with there being a cost to moving a building - count your blessings that the building doesn't take the actual build time to rebuild; at least when you move one it's instant. I imagine the cost being the actual tearing down, moving all the materials, and then reassembly. It seems logical to me that it would cost something.
