tradable floating residence and recycling manufactory,new water buildings

wanted to ask BB that if it's possible they make floating residence or recycling manufactory tradable so people can trade with each other and also make it possible so people can buy more of them from the shop.
there is alot of space on water but there is only one building which we can place on water and there is no way for us to get more than 3 floating residence except for some events and even then we only can get two.
it would be nice to have new buildings for water tiles .

The reasons you want to buy them are exactly the reasons why players will not want to sell them. If any did turn up in trade the first question I would ask myself is has that account been hacked.
