    Ok, got some more info.
My 2nd PC that worked with firefox. It only worked during the first session that lasted during the whole evening.
After shutting off my PC over the night firefox do no longer work on that PC either.
Exakt same problem as the first PC I tried on.
First time all works fine, 2nd time there is no reaction from the tab running settlers online. All other tabs works fine.

Please remove the "beautiful" info window - it's not so informative and now it's not closable - and I don't want to miss my adventure time beacuse of it, I'm just up to hit next level.

P.S. I had mouse issues also in other tabs because of it.

    Hi.
Yesterday I played the game without problems in FF.
Today I can't get rid of the info window.
I can see people visitting my island, and I see/hear them clicking my collect. But I can't do anything.....

    Please fix it :S

    Thank you

Confirm this; played fine this morning, until about hour ago had to restart browser (FF). After that game loads but I can not click to start game, everything else works fine in FF, I updated Flash but no help.
Same thing happens using standalone client with Flash plugin.

Using Chrome or Edge works fine.

Alright guys we're looking into this issue with Firefox. Can everyone please give me the Operating System they're using, as well as the version number of their Firefox browser.

In the meantime, you should be able to play the game with another browser until we have this sorted out e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer.

    Thanks for your cooperation!

    Was that a 32-bit OS or a 32-bit FireFox?

You can check Firefox's bit version by doing the following:
    • Open the “Control Panel”.
    • Click on “Programs”.
    • Enter “Programs and Features”.
    • Check the list of installed programs for “Mozilla Firefox”.
    • Check the information in the bracket.
    • x64 = 64bit version // x86 = 32bit version
