Firefox Refresh worked for me
Another one who did the refresh yesterday and then today find the problem is the same.
1 station - Windows XP 32-bit FF 49.0.1 - NO problems /without refreshes etc/
2 station - Windows 7 Pro 32-bit FF 49.0.1 - STALL
No dudes, it's not FF.
just had the same problem its Haloween event,
was using Firefox and could not click on anything
had to install Chrome, now game works perfectly , only one problem: i hate Chrome...

had the same problem refreshed firefox seems to have fixed the problem
fire fox refresh fixed the problem
refresh firefox help for one login to settlers. Another login and issue is back.
Game not working on Firefox. Game loading ok but not taking commands with mouse or keyboard. Problem probably started after new Java version. Working ok on Google Chrome though. Any ideas?

Same problem here. Game starts up untill the welcome screen. No reaction on any mouse activity or anything else. So not able to log in.
