Scout is good
We can buy imp watermills any time - no point having them in guild shop

Savage Scout is clearly the best option as once you have your allocated 6 from Merchant you can't get any more.
whereas the Improved Watermill & Grout is available from merchant with no upper limit

and there will be 3 Imp watermills in Xmas shop. Big disappoint, and i hope 6 months of the same guild shop doesn't become the new normal. :/

Imp. watermills can be bought in the upcoming christmas event (3 of them).
