Just 5 event collects on island today so just 10 items in the kitty, this is silly, nowhere near 25 of each yet.

So far total of 74 items in stock from 5 sets of collects, meaning an average of (74/2 per collect)/5 spawns= 7.4 collects spawning on island each set. I don't make that 9.........

I had only 6 Xmas collectable clicks on my island this morning though previous spawns had 9/10. And still no bells!

It's going to take way too long to get this "collect 25 of each" quest done if this isn't corrected soon.

The distribution of what collectables that spawn seems to be uneven.
I have seen many complaing about getting way too little gingerbread but noone have complained about having too little candy.
Checking the market it confirms that they do not spawn evenly
Alot of candy can be bought but none or very little ginger bread are for sale. Slightly more bells than gingerbreads are for sale but still they are rare.
Why is the distribution so uneven if I can do nothing with all the surplus of candy?

I know it is random so I do not judge this just on my own collectables but also how the market looks like and what people complain about.

So far I have heard 0 people complaining about that they can almost not find any candy cane.

What are all those extra candy canes for if they cant be used to anything else but together with bells and gingerbreads?

    Dear Settlers,

Thank you for spotting an information mismatch in the Christmas Dev Diary. You were right - the amount of Christmas Collectibles that are being spawned on the home island is not always 9, and they do not always provide 2 resource items.

With this in mind, the Dev Diary has been adjusted, so it reflects the actual mechanic:
With each spawn of collectibles, you can find up to 10 (in rare cases even more!) Christmas Collectibles providing resource items.

We will keep investigating this with upcoming events in mind.
