Only Pinewood and Coal have 2 tool-tips

In Star Menu, only Pinewood and Coal have 2 tool-tips, one detailed when hovering on the image, and one simple when hovering on the number.






I find the simple tool-tip very helpful when I just want to know the number. I wish all other resources to have 2 tool-tips as well.

If numbers are truncated, you'll get a tool-tip there.

i would rather it didn't have any at all. They just get in the way. The function is not hard to determine.
