bugged quests

hello there i wanted to ask is there anyone can help me for couple of bugged quests, they are simular all of them says i need to have value of atleast 0 every 12 hours for iron etc... and its like every quest of that kind. http://dodaj.rs/photos/20170113148434401119704.png this photo is just prove, and there is like 5 quests like that to

the quests are asking for this to be "at least 0" - basically, for you to be making more than you are using.
