Lightbulb Generals skills tree support on settlersonlinemaps simulator

settlersonlinemaps.com will start to support the new skills tree soon, ideas to implement it in the simulator user interface, but keep it easy to use are welcomed.

I was thinking to add "named" generals configurations so you can assign them directly to generals for simulations. Another idea is to allow users to save them own generals features after login or cookies. Anyways other ideas are welcomed.

    Thanks in advance.

You can use firebase auth kick start with authentication for players so each user can create an account, and use the user id to create a profile for each user in firebase database, so user can store each of his general with his skills, it is one time to configure and set the general one time, when user want to select general he choose between his generals that stored, (if user has many MMAs as example).

Also as a simulator, user must be easily set the skills for general to test the effect of skill before he apply them in real, the UI for skills could be nice if it is a pop up not a seperate page neeed many steps to reach, so provide edit button for selected general and this should provide his details to be editable.

Once we know the skills you could retain the same simulator set up as you have now with an ''add skills'' option where players click which skills they have on the general and how many of that skill. Probably easiest way to programme the database?

Maybe the selection page could be similar to the gens book window. Obviously you would need a way to determine if there was 1,2 or 3 books used on a particular skill.
Something that would be a real bonus is a button to calculate the best possible attack or longest block time for a gen once you have selected the skills. I would suggest automatic selection of all troops either elite or normal unless you deselect a type of troop.
