It seems to me that if anyone has too many alerts then things aren't managed very well. Increase storage, trade, shut down production, increase utilization, etc. If my buildings are wasting time then I will think I need to reconsider my economic balance. It's clear to me that many people had no idea how poorly their kingdom is utilized.

After reading more comments and some additional thoughts I can see how some people like to have on-demand capacity without having to manipulate buildings or storage and after all it's all about playing the way you want. So I think it's clear an option each player can control would be the best way to go.

One of the beauties of this game is the so many different ways, and paces, one can play the game, and usually, there's no one telling you how you should or shouldn't play it... after all, it is only a game... Although most seem to be against these !'s, there are a few for it, as it clearly is beneficial to their particular style of play, so I hope BB take on board people's concerns and either tone them down a bit, (red for a building unable to produce due to a lack of resources is fair enough and, in game terms, could be considered an emergency, but a full storehouse is seen by many as cause for celebration rather than impending doom beyond measure!), or make them optional... Or both...

I'd rather have an "end of buff" alert personally. I think this would be much more useful... :-)

It does bury the unnecessary bouncing Big Red ! on Improved Silos... in a bunch of unnecessary bouncing Big Red !.

While some sort of "full up" marker has been long requested, how this made it through testing is a bit of a puzzler.

An option to disable the exclamation marks could solve the problem; like we disable many other options (smoke, animals, walking settlers)

Having the icon on the building to let us know there are resources ready to be delivered to the store but storage is full is a nice idea, but the red exclamation mark should be reserved for buildings that lack resources. Just remove the exclamation mark but leave the little (picture) icon.

Quite the opposite. Full storage shows that the production has surplus.
