    How long does it take support TO SUPPORT THEIR PLAYERS

    I messaged support 3 days ago, is there any reason to WHY I am not being messaged back? It is redicolus, why do you have a support tab when you do not support people?

    check spam folders, i've normally got a message within 30mins saying my mail was received and then within 24hrs a reply with their response

    Could you private message me your ticket number? This can be found in the subject header of the email you received. Thanks!

    Erm he is saying he has not received any e-mails back, therefore he has NO ticket number to PM you with.

    If he successfully submitted a ticket, he'd have gotten an automated reply with a ticket number as a reference. If this hasn't occurred, the ticket wasn't submitted successfully. This usual culprit is due to a user not having access to the email they originally set up their account with.
