check spam folders, i've normally got a message within 30mins saying my mail was received and then within 24hrs a reply with their response
If he successfully submitted a ticket, he'd have gotten an automated reply with a ticket number as a reference. If this hasn't occurred, the ticket wasn't submitted successfully. This usual culprit is due to a user not having access to the email they originally set up their account with.
