No need for a BB rep to relay the same info over & over, the event starts on tues 0.01 am gmt. I assume the French have already started the event as well, hopefully with no hiccups.
What I would expect BB to do is give an immediate update if the event is held up & it looks like it isn't.
Settlers online wiki has every bit of info needed as well as event adv loot drops.

Use the eggs like an advent calendar, beginning with egg 14 hours before Easter event. Activities may include "Watch an Easter Movie", "Color Eggs", "Visit the Easter Bunny", "Go to Easter Egg Hunt" im so eggcited i could squash a whole bunch of grapes with my bare hands
