Lower levels get quests to donate troops, would not be fair if higher levels were exempt.
When it comes to Gene pools and shallow ends they can be found at the bar drinking pina colada's

You can always ignore quests, complete with gems, ask guild members to help you with the weapons...
It's all up to you, and they should leave it that way

Not queueing anywhere near as long as 10 days is also something of a no-brainer given the limitations of the 'queue management' functions - and I use that term in the loosest way possible!
I always do have the troops but and i normally do pay but that wasent the point it just bad when you have long que in elite barracks and when you pay you cant do ab advs as fast than before, it would be so great if you could move to top button... i know that the last remark dont belong here but said ut anywaykeep a backup troops is a totally good idea
