I have the same issue on my Northisle account. However I can log in to both my Sandycove and Newfoundland accounts

Once again an event starts with problems...
The problem is in Ubisoft UPlay services and not in TSO

I can't login, and really annoying it is like 2 hours, I'm pretty sure a lot of players are mad now, damn UPlay the worst game platform ever, damn UPlay!
I managed to login forum by reset the password to forum account, but can't login in home page and login to game, BB find a way to workaround this!

How are you going to resolve this issue, if it is UPlay issue? tell your support it is out of BB hands, and yu have to find a workaround, also please increase the session timeout for next days, hey it is a game not a bank account to have short session like this, make "remember email" as a "remember me" so the player can choose to stay connected forever or for long time, or just short session if unchecked it !
