Items going missing and degraded item graphics after server maintenance
Just a warning that after server downtime I recommend you do a head check on the Items on your land.
After the pre-easter server update my gem pit went missing and my titanium smelters appearance was degraded to only seeing the smelter bucket.
A cache clearance fixed the smelter issue but my gem pit still remains missing.
Two tickets sent, no resolution as yet.
Just an update, after intervention from a fantastic BB (you know who you are), my gem pits back (huge smile)
From this experience my advice is if you become aware of a update then snapshot your entire isle as the more information you can pass the tech team the much easier your ride will be to a quick resolution.
