Got the quest where have to apply this buff,any ideas where I get or find it?

I just got this quest and took me a while to work out that the only way to get it was to make it in the provision house. This will be confusing for many that get given a quest with no explanation of how to complete it.

Hopefully many will google it like I did, find this thread and set about making one in the PH/RPH. Anyone know what it does?

nothing, just completes the quest

a totally useless item, does nothing. just finishes a quest.
They need to think of something usefull maybe?

Indeed, they are still having us make useless "buffs" with precious eggs in 2024. I was fine when it was 1 buff. But then the very next quest is 25 of them...
