    Zone Block

    Your access to the game has been blocked for the following reason:
    Your zone was automatically blocked.
    Please contact the Support team.

    have mailed support,they mailed me with the news,
    my gems arrived after the zone whas blocked.
    but support from zone block never answered back.
    how many days do i have to wait to make a new ticket.

    Your ticket is still open, and Support will respond to it soon. If you don't receive a response within the next 24 hours, please PM me here on the forum.

    Please note that -- as per the rules -- any complaints about the Support Team should be made within the ticket itself, and not here on the forum. For this reason, I will be closing this thread.
