FYI I do not see this "multiplier/divider" you claim to have seen.
So, then if I cannot make counterclaims, then you cannot make claims as in only the devs know.

So it still comes down to messing with a buff (either changing it to affect more/other buildings or change a multiplier/divider) so

No? read Dorotheus's post where he says he knows what the buff was intended to do (reduce time) Pretty ridiculous claim as he is not on the Dev team.
2nd it is actually quite possible the barracks buff doesn't use a multiplier but a %age. Aka reduce by X%. However you are still asking in any case for a buff to be changed so it does both multiplying and dividing. I can quite clearly see the epic fail resulting from that if it gets bugged.

Why would I be asking for a buff which lasts just 2/3rds of a production cycle ? What possible effect could I be asking for ? When has it been a rule that you have to be on the Dev team to make a player suggestion ?

Wow putting words in my mouth now ... I am saying you cannot claim to know what a buff was intended to do which is exactly what you claimed in your post.

Nice idea, but also, make no benefits if BB do not make a queue for bookbinder, yes, even with RPH, bookbinder still need to get a queue to not waste those buffs around, so even with paper guide applied, this is will be minor, and not giving a big benefits.

I'm not claiming to know what it's intended to do, there is a very good reason why I'm not claiming what you say I'm claiming. That reason is there is no paperwork guide buff for the Bookbinder yet. I am requesting that it be added with a particular effect. As it does not exist yet there is no intended design yet.

Buffs increase production amount, guides reduce the amount of time needed to produce items. As the suggestion is for the effect a guide has, it is intended only to do the latter and not the former.

here you explicitly state that the guide's effect is INTENDED to be time reducing. They are not. ONLY the barracks buff reduces time. All the other guides increase amount. So yes you claimed exactly what I said you did lol

With the new general skills and new increased specialist limits there is years of worth book production time required. Not everyone has enough levels to access the recipes.

i hope u have thanked bb for giving u such longevity in the game. it seems most ppl want everything right now and it's a silly attitude. i dont want to complete settlers next week. i want goals and the need to put in some time and effort to achieve them
