Paypal problem

I have this issue with paypal payment since 03.20, thats when I wrote my first support ticket. Since then I wrote a few other support tickets but the problem is still there so I cant use paypal as a payment option. (I dont want to use another payment option, only paypal.)

After clicking on Buy button I have this error message at https://psm.ubi.com :

You cannot go on....
The information transmitted is wrong and no longer guarantees security. Please contact the site.

I asked a few random players ingame and they said they have the same problem with the paypal option so it seems I'm not alone with this problem. It also seems that BB/UBI doesnt interested in solving this issue so I decided to write here instead of writing another support ticket.

If theres anybody who can use paypal without any problem please write here what browser + version are you using. I tried Firefox, Chrome, the client version of the game and having the same problem all the time.
