Star coins dont stack up

Ammok - with that woody, did you kill every camp or did you do blocks?
did you return to your home island during the adventure?

Killed every camp.

And it is not the returning home exactly that reduces your coins.
BUT i do know what does reduce your coins, even to zero coins.

I did a Surprise last night, usually get 55 coins, but this i left it overnight, 12 COINS!!!

Star counter resets the longer you are away from keyboard, CONCLUSIVE PROOF.

I just did VLT again
Normally I return to my home island before I kill the final camp - in the last 2 VLTs, I got only 4 star coins
This time, I stayed on the island throughout sector 4 - I didn't return to my home island. I got 20 star coins. Screenshot below.
I have already suggested to support that the count is resetting if we return to our home island .....

Did some more experiments and can correct some previous comments.

You can leave adventure multiple times for short periods and not lose star coins. I suspect if you log out you will lose star coins. Perhaps that what happened to you lordofeverything.

You can use multiple kills (interceptions) and not lose star coins.

Both these amendments are for one adventure started and finished in one run, no log outs.

So quick quick scurry scurry appears to be good workaround until a fix is arranged, and this may be some time. Good Luck Bounty Hunters

i changed map sevrel times and got the same amount

Its not the change map problem. when you log out and log in again the star coins counter resets.
when i play VLT i log out before i kill the king because i need 2 w8 2h for nysula to heal. I always get 1 star coin.
Today I left the game running and in the ls i got 33 star coins

Yes it is log out that resets stars, you log out game you lose the stars.
